Overview
Nestle owns ReadyRefresh which provides beverage delivery services in the United States. There is total of 2 designers including me who worked on the mobile app and I led the design of over 10 features in the last year. In this project I will provide an overview of all those features I designed:

To comply with the non-disclosure agreement, I have changed some of the quantitative data and omitted some information in this case study. All information in this case study is my own and does not necessarily reflect the views of ReadyRefresh.
Results
The app has generated over 450,000 downloads. Since I joined the project (May 2021), we have had an average rating of 4.7/5 and 4.4/5 on iOS and Android platforms respectively.
Achievements
Apart from great user feedback on Appstore and Playstore and great feedback from clients, the app has been recognized several times since I joined and I also received Kudos multiple times for my work on this project.

Feature: Tipping
Overview: This feature allows ReadyRefresh customers to tip their delivery driver via a mobile app. This involves both pre-tip which means tipping before receiving the order and post-tip which means tipping after the order gets delivered.

Style Guide and Component Library
I have continuously contributed to the ReadyRefresh component library and I recently refined our style guide and added documentation to our component library using the latest Figma features.
